In my first lecture after joining the seminar, the professor taught me a theory that would increase GDP. ``There are three ways to increase GDP.'' The first is to increase labor input, that is, the number of workers and working hours. The third and final one is technological innovation, or in other words, creating innovation. Currently, Japan's GDP growth rate is declining. Feeling a sense of crisis at the current state of slowing growth in GDP, which is said to represent a country's wealth, we thought of ways to improve it. However, the first factor, labor input, is likely to decline in the future due to population decline. The second type of capital input may also decrease due to the principle of capital investment and the increase in the raw capital ratio.
So I thought I had no choice but to innovate. As I studied research on innovation and examples from overseas, I came to the conclusion that startups are the best environment for creating innovation. --So you were looking for a job with the goal of creating Phone Number List innovation. There are many companies that are called startups, but why did you choose GIG? This may be a sensual reason, but I found GIG's atmosphere appealing. I think there are broadly two types of venture companies: companies where bosses manage strictly and uniformly, and companies where managers and subordinates take on challenges from a flat perspective. I knew from an early stage that I wanted to work with discretion, so I looked for the latter company and took GIG.

As soon as I joined the company, I was interested in being involved in a new business, but even more so, I was attracted to the personalities of the employees. I felt that the interviewer listened to me as an equal and looked at my personality and values. During my long job-hunting career, there were many times when I ended up trying to make myself look better during interviews, but I feel like I was able to speak my true self during the GIG interview. ――Did you experience any gaps after joining the company? There wasn't much.
